Chat Logs

The Chat Logs section lets you see every conversation between your users and your AI.
Here, you can review what people are asking, how your AI is responding, and use that insight to continuously refine your instructions and improve your chat experience.

Why Chat Logs matter

Chat Logs give you a clear window into how users interact with your AI.
By reviewing real conversations, you can:

  • Understand what questions people ask most often.

  • Identify gaps or misunderstandings in your AI’s responses.

  • Improve your training content and instructions to make your AI more helpful and accurate.

  • Discover new opportunities — such as topics or features your audience cares about.

Tip: Regularly reviewing your Chat Logs is one of the best ways to improve your AI’s performance and ensure a great user experience.

Viewing conversations

In the Chat Logs section, you’ll see a list of all user interactions with your chat:

  • Each entry shows what the user asked and the AI’s reply.

  • You can scroll through full conversations to understand context and tone.

Using Chat Logs to improve your AI

Once you identify areas where your AI could answer better, you can:

  1. Go to the Training section.

  2. Update or expand your instructions or files to fill any gaps.

  3. Save your changes and test again.
