The free plan helps you get started and understand how Outchat works before upgrading to unlock more powerful tools.

Pro plan

When you’re ready to grow, you can upgrade to the Pro plan, which unlocks all features and higher message limits.

• Starting price: $30 per month

• Includes everything in Free, plus:

  • Custom domain connection

  • Unlimited training

  • Monetization (create paid plans for your users)

• Message limit: From 1,000 to 10,000 messages per month (you choose the range that fits your needs)

The Pro plan gives you full control over your chat’s branding, functionality, and earning potential.

Note: Message limits reset every month. Unused messages are not carried over to the next billing cycle.

Understanding message limits

Your message limit applies to your entire account — not per user.
That means every conversation your users have with your AI counts toward your monthly total.

For example:

• If your plan includes 1,000 messages, that’s the total combined number of messages your users can send in a month.

• The counter resets automatically each month.

You can monitor your current message usage anytime in the bottom-left corner of your Outchat dashboard.

Managing user message limits

You have full control over how your users consume those messages. In your Get Paid section, you can:

• Decide how many free messages users get each month.

• Offer paid plans with higher message limits.

• Set your own prices and markup to earn profit from subscriptions.

Example: If your Pro plan includes 10,000 messages, you can offer users 10 free messages each month and sell paid access beyond that — keeping the profit margin you set.
