The Users section shows everyone who has interacted with your AI chat.
Here, you can view details about your audience — including their email address, plan, message usage, signup date, and overall activity — to better understand how people are engaging with your AI.

View your users

In the Users section, you’ll find a list of all people who have joined or interacted with your chat.
Each user entry includes key details such as:

• Name and Email address — The user’s registered name and email.

• Plan — Whether they’re on your Free plan or one of your Paid plans.

• Messages used — How many messages they’ve sent within their current billing period.

Tip: Reviewing your users regularly helps you understand your audience, identify your most active subscribers, and track who’s using your AI the most.

Track usage and subscriptions

The Users page works hand-in-hand with your Get Paid section:

• See who upgraded to paid plans.

• Monitor how many messages your users have left for the month.

• Identify free users who might be good candidates for an upgrade.

• Track when each user joined to measure your chat’s growth over time.

Example: If you notice some free users consistently hit their message limit, you can encourage them to subscribe to a paid plan for unlimited access.
